Samsung Sued By Apple Again In South Korea

Because if a thing?s worth doing, it?s worth doing in South Korea. Samsung and Apple keep reminding us of those old kung fu movies where the guys would fight inside a building for a while, then one would crash through a window into the courtyard, then they?d fight there for a few minutes before moving climbing onto a roof and so on.

The suit is pretty much a shot for shot remake of the US one, Samsung is being accused of copying the iPhone 3G. It will probably grow to include an array of devices, like the previous one, as well. All that?s left is for Samsung to ask to see the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 again, only this time in Korean and to get smacked down again. Us, we?ll just wait for the Judge Judy special.
