Earlier this year, Verizon said that the Motorola Droid 4 and the LG Spectrum would be getting global roaming capabilities later this year. Well, it looks like that might just happen in the near future and it seems that they might be joined by the Motorola Droid 4, Motorola Droid RAZR and the HTC Rezound.
According to a leaked flyer outed by Droid-Life, Verizon is gearing up to add global roaming capabilities to the HTC Rezound which will give it access to cellular networks in 185 countries around the world.
And while there is no physical evidence for the Droid RAZR, it appears that stores are getting the green light to print out flyers that advertise this feature for the Droid RAZR as well.

It?s unclear exactly when Verizon is going to officially bless these phones with this feature but from the looks of things, it could be sooner rather than later.
As of right now, none of Verizon?s 4G LTE phones offer this type of feature, so this is exciting news for those that want to use their device while traveling around the globe on business or for pleasure.
Verizon told us at CES that it would be launching this feature on the Droid 4 and the LG Spectrum sometime this year and it said that it would likely take place during the first half of the year.
Rather surprisingly, it appears as though Verizon will keep its promise and push that feature out to users at some point soon.
We?ll let you know when we heard about an official release date for this global roaming feature.
