This LEGO creation is amazing. It is a fully working Land Rover Defender 110 in 1:8.5 scale and it is made almost entirely out of Lego bricks. It doesn?t run on gas of course, but a built-in battery and can be controlled remotely.
It features a five-speed transmission with reverse, a two-speed transfer case for four-wheel and two-wheel drive modes, functional disc brakes on all four tires, and fully functional steering that works just like a real steering wheel.
This vehicle has over 2,700 parts and I can only guess at the hours it took to create. It was obviously a labor of love and the final result is just amazing. Check out the video and see. The top speed is about 2.5mph.
