The rules of water balloon fight club are as follows. 1- All new people have to fight, 2- Protect your nuts at all times, 3- He who fills the fastest wins. Number two may be the most important rule in any water balloon war. We are gunning for your nads with no mercy after all. Number three can be met with the ThinkGeek Tie Knot Water Balloon Filler that I mentioned a while back.
I know I wondered exactly how the thing would work in use and I bet you did too. ThinkGeek must have known what we were all thinking because they put the gadget on video for us to check out. The filler is still selling for about $10 and is available now.
