Apple fans will say I told you so to a recent study done by FixYa, to see which smartphone manufacturer offers the more reliable models. The scoring was based on 722,558 combined problems and found that the Apple iPhone was the most reliable smartphone.
It had a score about 300% higher than the runner-up, which was Samsung. The biggest complaint with the iPhone turns out to be battery life. The study shows that the main problem with Samsung smartphones is the microphone, which was responsible for 40% of the issues that owners reported with their Samsung model.
Nokia was next on the reliability list, with the Apple iPhone about 500% more reliable than Nokia. The main issue with Nokia handsets is screen lag. Motorola is at the bottom. Apple?s score was 2600% greater than Motorola, which was cited for non-removable bloatware and issues with the touchscreen. It looks like Apple wins by a mile.
