Meizu MX Quad-Core smartphone

by Edwin - on April 17th, 2012

It looks like Meizu wants to bring their MX smartphone to the next level, resulting in the Meizu MX Quad-Core smartphone. Two cores were not enough for its predecessor, and Meizu?s intention is to keep up with the Joneses, especially when we hear of other hardware manufacturers like Huawei throwing in quad-core options into their smartphone line up as well. Just what does the Meizu MX Quad-Core smartphone deliver? For starters, it is proud to be the first smartphone in the world to use the brand new and powerful Exynos A9 quad-core processor, which is said to reduce CPU power consumption by up to 20%.

A 1700mAh battery lies underneath the hood to provide adequate juice, and it will offer 60% faster performance and a GPU which is 50% faster compared to its predecessor, allowing you to enjoy the latest games or watch 1080p video without a hitch. The vivid 292 PPI high definition ASV display notches it closer to Apple?s Retina Display territory, while at the back lies an 8-megapixel BSI camera with an f/2.2 lens aperture so that you can shoot great looking images in low light conditions even.
