Lennox has a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat that is intended to help people save money on the heating and cooling bills. The new thermostat is called the icomfort and it has a large touch screen for controlling the temperature in your home or office and shows you the current temperature outside as well. The thermostat also has a one button away mode to help you save power when you?re not in the house.
The bezel around the thermostat can be customized to match the color of the room it is mounted in. The integrated Wi-Fi allows the thermostat to connect to the Internet so users can control the temperature and settings over the web or from a smartphone.
The thermostat is designed to easily integrate with existing air purification systems and dehumidifiers. Along with offering the temperature outside, the system can also monitor outdoor conditions and make adjustments for ideal indoor air quality. The price of the thermostat is unknown at this time.
