Earlier this year, I reviewed Col. Littleton?s No. 1943 Navigator Briefcase, which I continue to use daily to carry around my gear. There is not a week that goes by that I do not receive at least one compliment about how nice/gorgeous my bag is. That being said, the Colonel has recently announced a sibling to the 1943 Navigator Briefcase, their new No. 1942 Attach�. From an internal design, quality of materials and craftsmanship, the No. 1942 Attach� is nearly identical to the Navigator. The only substantial difference is its more subdued and classic business look/design of its exterior. According to the website the ?Colonel designed this bag with its clean lines for those who prefer a more traditional briefcase. It is another version of a World War II attach� with many details taken from an official Army-issue World War II Navigator?s Bag in the Colonel?s private collection.? This satchel is available from the Colonel Littleton website for $680.
